In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will refund the full amount of your purchase using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The product must be new and in its original packaging.

Before sending your return, please let us know by email at contact@maneuvra.fr.

If the order is not collected within the time allowed by the parcel relay, and is returned to us, you will be refunded the amount of the order, less the return costs, after receipt of the parcel at Maneuvra.
