Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are entered into between:

Hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"
And
Any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the Maneuvra website, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer".
Article 1: Purpose
These GTC aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Maneuvra website, whether the Buyer is a professional or a consumer.
Article 2: Products
The products offered are those listed on the Seller's website, subject to availability. The Seller reserves the right to modify the product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description outlining its main technical characteristics.
Article 3: Prices
The prices listed on the product pages of the online catalog are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), based on the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the Buyer.
Article 4: Orders
The Buyer places orders on the Maneuvra website. For the order to be validated, the Buyer must accept these general terms and conditions of sale by checking the box provided for this purpose. Validation of the order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 5: Payment Methods
Orders are paid for by credit card via a secure transaction, or by any other payment method offered on the website at the time of ordering. The Seller reserves the right to suspend order processing and delivery in the event of a payment authorization refusal by officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment.
Article 6: Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. Risk passes to the Buyer from the moment the products leave Maneuvra's premises. In the event of damage during transport, a formal complaint must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any justification or pay any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs. This period begins on the day the Buyer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, i.e., the date of collection of the order from the parcel relay point.
If the order is not collected within the period allotted by the parcel relay point, and is returned to the Seller, the Buyer will be refunded the amount of the order, less the return shipping costs, after receipt of the package by the Seller.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as that used for the purchase.
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision by sending an unambiguous statement by email to contact@maneuvra.fr and must return the products in their original and complete condition to the following address:
Maneuvra Head Office
42 rue du pont volant
37300 Joué-lès-Tours
Article 8: Warranty
All products supplied by the Seller are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Article 9: Liability
In the online sales process, the Seller is only bound by an obligation of means. Maneuvra cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional problems.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
All elements of the Maneuvra website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Maneuvra. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio.
Article 11: Personal Data
Maneuvra is committed to preserving the confidentiality of information provided by the Buyer, which they may be required to transmit.
